Quality Giclée printing

These unique drawings are printed on high-quality paper using the state-of-the-art Giclée printing method. The term Giclee print connotes an elevation in printmaking technology. Images are generated from high-resolution digital scans and printed with archival quality inks (pigment ink) onto various substrates including canvas and fine art paper. The Giclee printing process provides better accuracy and crisp high-resolution detail than any other means of reproduction.
Textured Fine Art Paper
Acid free, 100% cotton rag cold press natural fine art paper.
This eggshell-colored cold press paper has the look and touch of Old World handmade paper. Capable of creating 1440 dpi high-resolution prints, this paper yields deep blacks.
Epson UltraChrome HDR Ink
The Epson Ultrachrome HDR (High Dynamic Range) inkset is the ultimate professional photo and graphic arts ink that achieves the most accurate level of reproduction. Epson Stylus Pro printers using this ink have been certified to cover an unprecedented 98% of the Pantone Matching System colour gamut.
Quality Care Shipping
In order to ensure that your carefully reproduced prints arrive in pristine condition, they are shipped flat, encased in acid-free glassine wrapping in an air and water-tight specialized poly bag. They are then reinforced with chipboard pads and inserted into a “stay-flat mailer”.

“On my recent travels I came across these remarkable high-quality martial arts drawings (one out of fifteen very unique stylistic prints that I now own). The drawings are crisp, bold and very detailed. They truly capture the essence of martial arts practice. I highly recommend them!”

“I love Elysabeth Barnett’s artwork! There are two things that make martial arts both effective and pleasing to the eye; minimalism and dynamism. We want our motions to be efficient and stripped of all that is unnecessary i.e. minimalistic. We also want our motions to be alive and explosive i.e. dynamic. That’s why I love these prints! They are both minimalistic and dynamic and hence they capture the essence of good martial arts. They are images that both reflect our journey and inspire us to go further. It’s great to have this print on my office wall!”
Iain Abernethy

7th Dan, The Practical Application of Karate

“Sumi-e, black ink drawings, like Karate-do place importance on the value and beauty of an individual stroke. The pieces masterfully brushed by Elysabeth invoke the strength and struggle of true Karate-do. Pleasing to the eye, inspiring the soul.
I highly treasure my piece.”

“I had the privilege to train with Elysabeth for many years – what an exceptional mind and an indomitable spirit! The beauty, line precision and true art of her Karate practice find their way into her martial arts drawings.
